Warehouse Picker / Packer

About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Picker/Packer in Charlotte, NC. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately fulfilling customer orders and preparing shipments in a fast-paced distribution environment.
Compensation and Schedule
- Pay rate: $17 - $20 per hour
- All Shifts Available
- Weekly pay
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick orders from warehouse shelving using pick lists, RF scanners, or warehouse management systems
- Pack products securely according to company standards and customer specifications
- Label and prepare shipments for carrier pickup or dispatch
- Inspect items for damage or defects prior to packing and report discrepancies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Meet or exceed daily productivity and accuracy targets
- Assist with receiving, put-away, and inventory cycle counts as needed
- Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, or other warehouse equipment
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred; not required
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods in a warehouse environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior warehouse, fulfillment center, or distribution experience is a plus but not required
