UTV Tours Fleet Manager

Responsible for the day-to-day operation and fleet maintenance of the Wilderness Collective UTV program. Utilizing mechanical and operational experiences to maintain a well kept and trip ready fleet that meets WC standards for weekly UTV trips. This role will include mechanical, administrative, and clerical responsibilities. This flexible position is best suited for a mechanically inclined, hardworking, and organized candidate.

• Advanced mechanical understanding and skills
• Experience with UTVs, motorcycles, and small engines required
• Fleet management experience preferred
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks
• Flexible schedule and availability to travel
• Valid drivers license required

WC UTV Fleet Manager Job Description

• Receiving fleet shipment and PDI of each machine.
• Weekly wash, fuel, and inspection of each machine.
• Weekly maintenance and repairs of each machine.
• Logging and performing a regular maintenance schedule on each machine. Oil Changes, air filters, etc.
• Complete pre-trip checklist of each machine.
• Installation of necessary machine accessories.
• Recovery of damaged machines from trail.

Purchasing & Maintenance

• Utilize our purchasing software to order needed parts for each UTV.
• Order any necessary machine accessories.
• Order any necessary on the trail related tools.
• Order any necessary warehouse supplies.
• Maintaining a clean and presentable warehouse.

Administration

• Management of guest purchases of Wilderness Add-on items.
• Must be available and responsive by phone as this position will be the contact for Wilderness Collective in Utah.
• Assigning and Staging of machines for weekly trips.
• Helmet Maintenance and assignment for each trip.
• Client damage logging and invoicing.
• Weekly phone meetings with Operations Manager.
