Warehouse Shift Supervisor

You will be the Warehouse Shift Supervisor for the Warehouse Operations Team. Our team is responsible for overseeing materialhandling and support activities, optimizing inventory, and ensuring seamless integration with production and logistics.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Warehouse Shift Supervisor you will be responsible for leading daily warehouse functions, driving efficiency, and fostering a highperforming team.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Manage receiving, putaway, inventory storage, order picking, packaging, and shipping operations.
• Recruit, train, and lead warehouse staff; conduct performance evaluations and handle recognition.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards while maintaining system integrity.
• Generate operational reports and coordinate with production planners and logistics partners.
• Drive inventory optimization initiatives to reduce costs and improve accuracy.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Minimum of three to five years of handson warehouse or distributioncenter experience. Proficient with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and have a solid understanding of basic Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) concepts, inventorycontrol methods such as cycle counting, FIFO/LIFO, as well as be comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Excel for reporting.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are required, including effective verbal and written communication, the ability to coach and motivate diverse teams, and solid conflictresolution and decisionmaking abilities.
