Administrative & Sales Coordinator Heavy Equipment Industry**

Bully Dog Equipment LTD is a growing heavy equipment company based in Vancouver, BC. We specialize in importing and selling mini excavators, excavator attachments, skid steer attachments, and rubber tracks across Canada.

As our company continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused team member to help support daily operations while assisting with sales and marketing activities.

Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, website chat, Facebook Marketplace, and social media
* Prepare and send customer quotes and invoices
* Obtain shipping and freight quotes from carriers
* Coordinate shipments and communicate delivery updates to customers
* Assist customers with warranty claims and after-sales support
* Follow up with leads and customer inquiries
* Maintain customer records and administrative files
* Assist with inventory organization, preparing orders for shipping and pickup
* Support online advertising and marketing initiatives

Preferred Skills

* Sales driven is an asset with previous experience
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
* Comfortable working with computers, email, and online systems
* Experience with QuickBooks, Shopify, or CRM software is an asset
* Knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, social media marketing, or content creation is an asset
* Interest in construction equipment, heavy equipment, machinery, or industrial products is preferred but not required

Compensation

* $25 per hour, plus commission
* Commission opportunities on sales generated

* Training provided

Work Location

The position is primarily based at our warehouse in East Vancouver, BC.

Some remote work may be possible after the training period and once we have worked through the responsibilities and processes of the role. Any remote work arrangement will depend on performance, business needs, and the successful completion of training.

Seasonal Work Expectations

Our business is seasonal, with our busiest period typically occurring during the spring and summer months. Candidates should expect a faster-paced environment during the busy season.

Business activity generally slows down during November, December, and January, resulting in a quieter workload during those months.
