Inventory Manager, Packing And Shipping Position

We are a small business of fine Italian glass and handcrafted home decor. We source beautiful products from artisans throughout Italy and ship them to customers around the world. We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented team member who enjoys a variety of responsibilities and takes pride in doing quality work.

What You'll Do:
This is a hands-on position that includes a wide range of warehouse, shipping, inventory, and office tasks, including:
Carefully packing and shipping delicate glass and handmade products
Receiving, unpacking, and organizing incoming shipments
Managing and tracking inventory
Printing invoices and shipping documents
Assisting with order processing through Shopify, Amazon, Faire, and other online platforms
Maintaining an organized warehouse and workspace
Supporting general office and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle fragile merchandise with care
Ability to organize and track inventory accurately
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a small team
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Basic computer proficiency, including Excel, Word, and general web navigation
Ability to bend, squat, lift, and move packages weighing up to 40 pounds
Reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn new skills
Previous packing and shipping experience is a plus
