As a Foil Material Handler, you are the engine that keeps our production lines moving efficiently. You will support the Foil & Emboss Pressman and Machine Operators to ensure non-stop operations.

Pay: $17.50 - 20.90/hr (Night Shift Differential) On Demand Pay available (access a portion of your earned pay before pay day)

Shift: Monday – Thursday 7:00pm - 7:00am

Location: Hagerstown MD

Job Responsibilities:

• Receive, stage, and prep incoming jobs from other departments using pallet flippers, pallet jacks, and hand stacking/jogging.
• Move and load material throughout the shift to keep equipment fully stocked with printed stock, foil, and consumables.
• Cross-train to relieve machine operators for scheduled breaks to ensure continuous production.
• Assist operators with machine make-readies, as well as Daily (AM) and Preventative (PM) maintenance activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by performing daily, weekly, and monthly housekeeping tasks.
• Accurately report all time and production results per company standards.

What You Bring

• Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions and job tickets.
• High level of attention to detail and a strong team-player mentality.
• Mechanically inclined mindset.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• 6+ months of manufacturing experience or technical training with a printing concentration is preferred.

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions

• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of a 12-hour shift.
• Ability to occasionally lift 30–65 lbs.
• Ability to push/pull up to 1,100 lbs. utilizing a manual pallet jack.
• Must be able to pass a color differentiation test and maintain that capability
• Ability to properly wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
