How you'll make an impact
Champion a zero-incident safety culture and promote environmental responsibility across operations
Plan, prioritize, and allocate resources to achieve production targets efficiently
Align production schedules with demand plans to ensure on-time delivery
Monitor and analyze production data to drive performance improvements
Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize plant capacity and resource utilization
Lead problem-solving efforts for production, technical, and logistics challenges
Drive quality and continuous improvement initiatives to meet operational KPIs
Inspire, coach, and develop team members to achieve their full potential
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
Your background
Bachelors degree with 2+ years, associate degree with 4+ years, or high school diploma/GED with 8+ years of manufacturing experience
Experience in industrial manufacturing environments with lean and Six Sigma exposure
Strong understanding of production planning and team accountability practices
Familiarity with material planning and cross-functional collaboration
Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
Effective communication skills and experience with workforce/timekeeping systems
