Temporary/Seasonal General Warehouse Worker

The Temporary General Warehouse Worker supports daily warehouse operations by performing a variety of manual and supported tasks. This role assists across multiple functional areas including cleaning, order fulfillment, packing, will-call support, and general labor. The position is ideal for individuals who are flexible, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Schedule: This will be a temporary/seasonal full-time position. Sunday-Friday 4:00 PM-Until Finished Saturday Off with 2 days off during the week. Schedule can change due to business demands.

Pay: $21.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
• Use pallet jack to pull product, and put product away.
• Handle receiving, sorting, and staging of materials and products.
• Load and unload materials manually (no equipment operations required).
• Assist with inventory movement and organization throughout the warehouse.
• Follow established procedures for order accuracy, labeling, and shipment preparations.
• Assist with Will Call Operations, including staging, loading, and customer pickup support.
• Work in multiple departments or temporary assignment areas based on daily operational needs.
• Support pick and pack operations by accurately selecting, packing, and preparing orders for shipment.
• Support team members and supervisors with any additional tasks required to meet business demands.
• Performance general warehouse cleaning, housekeeping to maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.

Requirements:

• Previous pallet jack experience isn't required but a preferred.
• Previous warehouse or general labor experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to have basic communication skills.
• Ability to have strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to perform a wide range of tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions such as lifting, reaching, and packing.
• Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work in a warehouse setting at different temperatures which includes -10.
