• Overseeing daily warehouse and distribution operations, ensuring efficient and timely shipment of goods.
  
  	

• Supervising, coaching, and developing warehouse associates and team leads.
  
  	

• Managing workflow, assigning tasks, and monitoring productivity to meet performance standards.
  
  	

• Enforcing safety policies and OSHA regulations, promoting a culture of safety.
  
  	

• Coordinating with transportation, inventory, and planning teams to fulfill customer requirements.
  
  	

• Maintaining accurate inventory levels and ensuring quality standards for all outgoing shipments.
  
  	

• Leading process improvement initiatives and implementing best practices such as Lean or Six Sigma.
  
  	

• Preparing reports on key performance metrics and communicating with management.
  
  

	
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  
  	

• Bring 3–5+ years of experience in warehouse or distribution operations.
  
  	

• Possess 1–3+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
  
  	

• Demonstrate strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills.
  
  	

• Are proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory control, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  
  	

• Excel at problem-solving, decision-making, and effective verbal/written communication.
  
  	

• Are comfortable with physical requirements (standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs) and working in a fast-paced environment.
  
  	

• Are willing to work overtime, weekends, or shifts as needed.
