Warehouse Associate

Our client, a growing distribution company in Park 100, is seeking dedicated Warehouse Associates to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be an essential part of the logistics and supply chain operations, supporting various departments to orders are accurate and arrive on time. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: Indianapolis, IN - Park 100

Pay Range: $17 - $20.25 per hour

Shift: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available

What's the Job?

• Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently
• Material handling and inventory management
• Operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely
• Receiving and processing incoming shipments
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment

What's Needed?

• Steady work history with excellent attendance
• Ability to operate forklifts (credential requirements: 100065, 100039)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
