Job Summary

We are seeking an Operations Manager for a direct hire opportunity in Kirkland, WA within the financial services industry. Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily operational processes, team workflows, staffing needs, and performance expectations.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, consistency, and service quality.
- Monitor KPIs, operational metrics, and business performance trends to identify risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate with leadership on strategy, execution, planning, and operational priorities.
- Support cross-functional communication to ensure teams are aligned and business goals are met.
- Help create scalable procedures and best practices that improve productivity and accountability.

Compensation and Benefits

- Direct hire opportunity.
- Salary range: $55,000 to $61,000 per year.
- Location: Kirkland, WA.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to identify process gaps and implement practical, scalable improvements.
- Professional judgment, accountability, and a continuous improvement mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in financial services, professional services, or a regulated business environment.
- Prior experience supporting operational strategy, business planning, or change management initiatives.
- Familiarity with staffing, workforce planning, performance reporting, or process documentation.
