We are currently hiring for two distinct tracks based on your background and expertise: Production Lead and Warehouse Lead.
Production Lead: Schedule: Rotating continental schedule. Hours are 4:45 PM to 5:15 AM (12.5-hour shifts). Must be able to work every other weekend as needed.
Warehouse Lead: Schedule: Swing shift. Hours are 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM. Typically Monday-Friday, but must have the flexibility to rotate weekends as needed.
Responsibilities:
Core Responsibilities Across Both Roles:
Team Leadership: Manage daily staffing, assign tasks, train new hires, and support employee performance.
Safety & Compliance: Maintain a safe working environment, ensure team members adhere to safety regulations, and enforce company policies.
Quality Assurance: Take ownership of food safety, food defense, and food quality protocols within your assigned area.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with production, warehousing, and quality departments to meet operational schedules.
Track A: Production LeadSchedule:

Scope: Supervise up to 25 employees working in the packing positions of the production line.
Operations: Prepare, troubleshoot, and operate machinery including conveyor belts, label machines, palletizers, and box assemblers.
Inventory & Materials: Ensure packagers have adequate materials and order ample supplies to meet packaging specifications.
Track B: Warehouse Lead
Schedule: Swing shift. Hours are 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM. Typically Monday?Friday, but must have the flexibility to rotate weekends as needed.Scope:
Supervise a crew of 10?15 warehouse employees and material handlers.
Logistics: Coordinate the timely loading and unloading of trucks according to schedule.
Inventory Control: Maintain tight inventory control of the warehouse and freezer by managing cycle counts and reviewing inventory reports.
Environment: Active warehouse and freezer environment requiring regular exposure to freezing temperatures.

Skills:
For Production: Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred. Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive motions for long durations, and occasionally lift up to 35 lbs.
For Warehouse: 2-3 years of warehouse experience and 2 years of forklift experience with a valid driver's license. Ability to walk long distances on concrete and lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs. Post-high school education and QAD software experience are a plus.
