Salary Range: $20.50/hr.

Description:

Job Title: 1st Shift Shipping Clerk

Pay Rate: $20.50/hr.

Hours: 7:00am-3:00pm, Monday-Friday- while training- then 6:00am-4:00pm Monday - Thursday once trained

Length: Temp to Hire

Location: Neenah

Requirements:

Minimum of 6 months experience within shipping/receiving and forklift operation

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as box/carton/skid quantities

Ability to organize number sequences

Proficient computer skills

Ability to prioritize and multi-task

Ability to operate a tow motor

Ability to continuously lift up to 50lbs, and occasionally up to 70lbs

Be self-motivated with minimal supervision

Must also comply with all safety policies, practices, and procedures

Responsibilities:

Retrieve finished goods from machines

Organize the staging area and streamline product movement to the next stage of use

Prepare cartons and labels for orders

Prepare product for shipping per customers shipping instructions

Create paperwork using various software systems

Schedule carriers for shipments

Operate forklift and/or hand jack to load product into semi

Receive goods from incoming trucks

Comply with all safety policies, practices, and procedures
