Warehouse & Logistics Specialist/Manager (Aerospace | AS9100)

Pay: $22$30/hr (Based on Experience)

Schedule: 9:00am5:30pm ET (Overtime on critical days)

Hire Dynamics is actively sourcing a Warehouse & Logistics Specialist for an AS9100-certified aerospace manufacturer. This role was previously titled Shipping Manager , but the responsibilities remain the same. We are looking for someone with strong picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and ERP experience who can operate with urgency and accuracy in a fast-paced, high-value environment.

Position Overview

This role supports the full flow of incoming and outgoing materials, including raw materials, WIP, finished goods, tooling, and small/high-value aerospace components. Youll handle detailed manual packing, shipment preparation, documentation, and ERP transactions while ensuring compliance with AS9100 standards and strict traceability requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and manually package small/high-value aerospace components
• Prepare outbound shipments: boxing, labeling, packing slips, BOLs, and documentation
• Perform hands-on shipping & receiving tasks with accuracy and urgency
• Use a cloud-based ERP system for receiving, inventory updates, and shipping transactions
• Verify certifications, part numbers, quantities, and documentation for compliance
• Support inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and material movement (WIP/FG/raw)
• Follow AS9100 procedures, packaging standards, and traceability requirements
• Operate forklifts and material-handling equipment safely
• Maintain organized work areas aligned with 5S and quality expectations

Qualifications

• Managerial experience in warehouse environment
• Direct experience in picking, packing, shipping, and receiving
• ERP experience required (regulated or high-value environment preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, versatile environment with shifting priorities
• Experience in aerospace, manufacturing, or AS9100 environments is a plus
• Forklift/material-handling experience
