Pick and Pack Worker

Kely Services is seeking Warehouse Workers at a well-known Distribution Center in  Tilton, NH.  As a  Warehouse Worker,  you will be responsible for various positions including  returns and packing orders.

Pay Rate: $2i/hr $22/hour  on weekends

Shift: Monday-Friday 6:45am-3:15pm

Or Sat/Sun and 2 other days of your choice 6:45a-5:15p

Roles and Responsibilities:

– Receive new merchandise from factories and prepare garments and accessories for shipment to customers or retail stores

– Select customer orders and ensure accurate and timely picking and packing of products

– Put away returns and maintain proper organization of inventory

– Follow detailed instructions to carry out tasks effectively and efficiently

– Communicate effectively with team members and follow instructions to ensure smooth workflow

– Pay attention to detail to maintain high quality standards

– Be flexible and able to multitask in a fast-paced warehouse environment

– Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals

– Make judgment calls on quality to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications & Skills:

– Ability to use good judgment in order to carry out detailed instructions

– Effective communication skills and ability to follow instructions

– Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in picking and packing orders

– Flexibility and multitasking abilities to adapt to changing priorities

– Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment

– Experience making judgment calls on quality would be an asset
