What You'll Do

• Coordinate daily routes, pickups, deliveries, and service requests
• Communicate with drivers throughout the day to adjust routes and priorities in real time
• Use maps, GPS systems, dispatch software, and technology tools to optimize efficiency
• Respond quickly to changing customer needs and operational challenges
• Help ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and on time
• Deliver elite customer service through strong communication and follow-through
• Support DOT-compliant scheduling and routing practices

What We're Looking For

• Strong multitasking and communication skills
• Ability to think quickly and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using technology, mapping tools, and computer systems
• Positive attitude and strong customer service mindset
• Transportation, logistics, dispatch, or operations experience is helpful but not required

Starting Pay Range: $25.00 - $31.00 per hour
