Primary Responsibilities:

As the Receiving Clerk, you will support the operions team in improving production processes and maintaining daily business. This includes performing administrive tasks such as maintaining documents, directing incoming calls, providing reports, and supporting a variety of other functions to ensure th the warehouse is providing Core-Mark customers with exceptional service and quality

Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

• Loads and unloading truck and/or company vehicles.
• Places products in areas identified by customers
• Completes required documention in a timely manner
• Coordine communicion on inbound scheduling with warehouse, vendors & carriers
• Validing all inbound product counts and changes to customer orders; communicing these aspects to team members
• Inputting da into the system and scheduling appointments.
• Retrieving and reviewing daily reports from the system
• Completing documention and following filing procedures
• Maintaining warehouse operions records
• Answering and directing incoming calls
• Help stock as needed
• Maintain cleanliness of the receiving area
• Ensure the accuracy of all vendor receiving documents
• Collect all documents for inbound freight and route to proper record-keeping department
• Opere forklift and hand truck to unload trucks and move product to storage and/or work area.
• Observe security policies and procedures dock doors/receiving area
• MUST scan in every box received into inventory and report issues to management
• Participe in all inventory and cycle counting.
• Responsible for charging all lumper and le fees to inbound truck vendors and selling pallets for profit
• Performs other reled duties as assigned

Qualificions:

High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent

6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience

Intermedie computer knowledge and ability to learn/use computer programs on the job.

Ability to communice effectively and apply general mh skills

Ability to work reliably from verbal and written instructions.

Must be able to work the scheduled/assigned times and required overtime for the position

Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeedly throughout shift

Able to lift, stack, and/or pull products off shelves, as well as replenish product, from various heights weighing between 10-35 pounds and generally up to between approximely 60 and 90 pounds, depending on the locion, throughout shift

Able to work in multi-temperure environments, i.e., cooler, freezer and dry

Able to obtain certificions for powered equipment, such as Forklift operion

Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check
