Warehouse Lead - Mon-Wed, 20 hrs guaranteed - $25-30/hr

Unboxed Experiences is hiring a part-time Warehouse & Fulfillment Lead at our Williston, VT location. We ship interactive team-building kits (charcuterie, chocolate tasting, and more) to customers nationwide. Small team, direct access to ownership, room to grow as we scale.

QUICK FACTS
- Pay: $25-$30/hr depending on experience
- Schedule: Mon-Wed, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM (plus optional Thu/Fri during the holiday season)
- Hours: 20 guaranteed per week
- Start: Immediate
- Location: Williston, VT (onsite; reliable transportation required)

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders
- Print labels and assemble shipping boxes
- Receive and inspect incoming materials
- Run weekly inventory counts
- Create manufacturing orders in Katana
- Keep packing stations and storage areas (including cold/frozen) clean and organized
- Direct day-to-day workflow for one part-time associate

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 1+ year of warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, or retail backroom experience
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable lifting up to 60 lbs and standing for up to 8 hours
- Basic computer skills (we use ShipStation, Katana, Slack)
- Reliable, communicative, follows through

BONUS IF YOU
- Have ShipStation or Katana experience
- Have worked in DTC / e-commerce fulfillment
- Have food-handling or cold-chain experience
