Job Summary

Responsible for day-to-day safe and efficient operion of into-plane and GSE fueling operions including activity scheduling, manpower planning, fuel quality audits, budgeting/forecasting, and performance management. The incumbent is also responsible for ensuring th customer service standards are met and contract services are performed.

The expected pay re is $90,000 - $100,000/yr. Full-time employees are offered a range of health and wellness benefits as well as 401(k) with company mch paid vacion time, sick time, and company paid holidays.

Your activities

  • Actively (through subordine staff members) maintain a safe and efficient operion to effect operional efficiency and economy.
  • Accountable for ensuring customer standards are met and contract services are
    performed.
  • Ensures th company safety and health policies are enforced
  • Esures th FAA, TSA, IATA, ATA, U.S. Customs, airport authority and Company
    rules and regulions are complied with.
  • Ensures compliance with ATA 103 Fuel Quality Control Specificion, NFPA 407 and
    FAR Part 139.321.
  • Through subordine staff members monitors time and tendance tracking, and manages
    staff to reduce dependence on overtime.
  • Liaise regularly with all customers, airport authority and governmental agency
    representives.
  • Coach/counsel, discipline employees who viole company policy.
  • Confers with branch administrive personnel and reviews activity, opering and sales
    reports to determine adequacy of services or determines changes as required.
  • Achieve locion, employee and aircraft incident/accident KPIs.
  • Achieve locion on-time performance KPIs.
  • Achieve locion financial performance KPIs.
  • Responsible for Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental activities the stion with an objective of reducing employee injuries, aircraft and equipment damage

Your profile

  • College Level Degree preferred
  • Minimum of eight years into-plane experience, with five years in a management role
    required.
  • Must have strong organizional skills, detailed oriented
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, technical or opering procedures or government regulions, documents such as safety rules, opering and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of abstract and concrete
    variables.
  • Have a valid drivers license
  • Excellent oral and written communicion skills
  • Thorough knowledge and work experience with Windows Office programs including
    Word, Excel, Power point
