Material Handler Peabody, MA Are you ready to play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of a dynamic team? Our client is seeking a dedicated Material Handler to join their team and support their logistics and supply chain operations. If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for organization, this opportunity is for you! Responsibilities of the Material Handler Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and products. Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks. Prepare and package materials for shipment according to client specifications. Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently. Collaborate with our client's team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment. Report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor promptly. Requirements of the Material Handler High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a warehouse or material handling role is preferred. Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (certification is a plus). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to lift and move heavy objects, up to 50 pounds. Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
