Personnel Plus is NOW HIRING a Warehouse Associate- Elections in Boise, ID Full-Time, day shift hours 8 am- 5 pm, Monday- Friday $16.00 p/h Temporary assignment Great summer job! Excellent opportunity with the County DUTIES: Assists in facilitating elections by providing warehouse support before and on Election Day Moves and sorts election equipment; packs Election Day totes and cages; delivers supplies/equipment to polling places Maintains, organizes, and prepares the warehouse, including early voting and precinct supplies Prepares and tests voting equipment, ensuring quality control measures to protect election integrity Works with team members to set polling locations, program/deploy election equipment, and provide support during early voting and on Election Day Provides general warehouse assistance and performs related duties as assigned REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or equivalent General knowledge of warehouse operations Skills in time and task management Ability to ask questions for clarification and promptly report mistakes Valid driver's license required Must pass a criminal background check May be required to provide own transportation between county offices/sites Ability to follow written and verbal directions Ability to work cooperatively with election staff and provide reliable support during high-demand periods Work performed at Ada County Elections Office, Elections Warehouse, and county voting sites Primarily a warehouse environment with inside conditions, it also requires on-site support at polling locations Standing for long periods on concrete floors Repeatedly moving/lifting the election equipment of 40 lbs. or more Requires working in limited-access spaces and hard-to-reach areas Requires mobility and reflexes to safely perform warehouse and equipment tasks
