Warehouse Associate - NOW HIRING Position Summary: We are seeking reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to join our growing team in Sarasota, FL. These roles support daily warehouse operations including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, inventory accuracy, warehouse organization, and material movement. Ideal candidates will have strong experience with ERP systems, RF scanners, inventory control, and pick/pack/ship processes. Key Responsibilities: Pick orders using pick tickets, scanners, or warehouse systems Pack items securely to prevent damage during transit Verify product accuracy, quantities, and condition before shipment Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory Operate basic warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, carts, etc.) Label, stage, and prepare outgoing shipments Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace Follow company procedures and safety guidelines at all times What We're Looking For: Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or order picking experience preferred Ability to work on your feet and stay active throughout the shift Strong attention to detail and accuracy Dependable with a solid work ethic Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and on a team Preferred Experience: Familiarity with inventory systems or handheld scanners Experience handling parts, equipment, or industrial products Basic knowledge of warehouse organization and logistics Work Environment: Warehouse setting with indoor and outdoor elements Frequent lifting (up to 50 lbs), bending, and standing Fast-paced and team oriented environment Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Bradenton, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
