Hiring for Forklift Operator - $26/hr - Can start ASAP - APPLY NOW!!! Job Description Shift - Mon- Friday, 2pm- 10:30pm Standup forklift (deep reach) and they'll be on them 80%+ of their day. Refrigerated and freezer environments 0 to 40 degrees (most people quite because they cant handle the cold). Pay rate is $26.08 The StandUp Deep Reach Forklift Operator is responsible for safely and efficiently moving raw and finished goods throughout the warehouse. This role performs case picking, order processing, staging, and loading/unloading using a standup deep reach forklift. The operator ensures products are handled with care, inventory is accurately managed, and the warehouse remains clean, organized, and compliant with all safety procedures. This position works in refrigerated and freezer environments and requires consistent physical activity, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety and teamwork. Additional Skills & Qualifications Operate a standup deep reach forklift to safely move raw and finished goods throughout the warehouse. Pick, pull, and stage orders accurately according to production and customer requirements. Load and unload trailers while ensuring product integrity and minimizing damage. Maintain inventory accuracy through proper handling, labeling, and placement of products. Follow all safety procedures, including PPE requirements, equipment checks, and warehouse safety protocols. Keep work areas clean and organized, supporting overall warehouse housekeeping standards. Work in cold environments, including freezer areas at 0F or below and production areas near 40F. Communicate effectively with supervisors, leads, and team members to support smooth warehouse operations. Report equipment or product issues promptly to prevent downtime or quality concerns.
