Order Picker/Puller Wage: (1st shift) $18.75/hour; (2nd shift) $20.25/hour Shift: 1st, 2nd Hours: (1st shift) 6:00am-4:00pm/5:00pm Monday-Friday; (2nd shift) 6:30pm-4:30am Sunday-Thursday Looking for a position with advancement opportunities? We have just the place for you! Immediate openings for 1st and 2nd shift Order Picker/Pullers in Fulton, MO. Order Picker/Puller Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Move incoming or outgoing merchandise throughout distribution center by hand, hand truck, or forklift equipment - Check, verify, and audit merchandise to ensure ordered merchandise has been received and that merchandise is as ordered and not damaged or defective; enter data into remote data terminal - Replenish pick areas as identified by replenishment reports and various requests for merchandise - Fill merchandise orders from stores by selecting and moving merchandise from pick slot to conveyor - Load outgoing merchandise from conveyor and/or four-wheel truck into trailer - Report damages and/or vendor compliance issues to supervisor - Partner with supervisor to resolve problems or discrepancies - Meet safety, productivity, and quality standards Order Picker/Puller Requirements: - Ability to lift up to 65 pounds alone repetitively with up to 85 pounds team lift - Ability to stand for up to 12 hours - Ability to stand, bend, stoop, squat, kneel, walk, and reach repetitively - Ability to push and pull using hands and/or arms on a repetitive basis above and below shoulder level - Ability to withstand hot and cold conditions as well as dust and noise QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
