Job Summary

The role of the Warehouse Agent is a physically demanding position, requiring regular and continuous lifting up to 30 lbs. Individuals who want to thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy physical work will be successful with our Warehouse Team. Express Cargo Agents perform a variety of warehouse duties, including receiving and processing inbound and outbound airfreight.

The expected pay re is $21.50/hr. Full-time employees are offered a range of health and wellness benefits as well as 401(k) with company mch paid vacion time, sick time, and company paid holidays.

Your activities

• Facilite loading and unloading of trucks and move freight and containers throughout the cargo warehouse
• Manually sort/transfer packages/boxes into and out of containers for aircraft and trucks with urgency
• Ensure all cargo is scanned for tracking where approprie.
• Make sure label reled to the cargo is correct
• Assure proper handling and delivery of cargo and operion of reled equipment
• Roll loaded containers to staging positions
• May opere pallet jacks or move package carts
• Operes all equipment in a safe and efficient manner following prescribed work methods
• Follow Dangerous Goods Requirements and Regulions
• Comply with Swissport Standard Opering Procedures and Policies

Your profile

• Good command of the English language both verbal and written
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Ability to pass all required background checks
• Ability to lift 30 lbs unassisted
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to work flexible working hours
• Ability to work in inclement weher when applicable
