We're growing our business! Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services Operions Manager loced in Clayton, NC. This position will oversee a team of 30 employees, supporting Day Shift primarily, however as business needs dicte, this role will also support second and third shift as needed . On a limited basis, some weekends and holidays where support is required as well. Our Sodexo Health Care Environmental Services/Housekeeping teams work to direct housekeeping operions health care client locions, partnering with them to deliver innovive solutions. These teams also have responsibility for driving client sisfaction by providing stellar customer service via effective communicion with all levels of hospital staff, as well as follow-through with action items th impact both client and pient sisfaction.

• be responsible for driving client and pient sisfaction scores;
• provide a clean and safe environment for pients, visitors and staff and works closely with the Infectious Control department;
• work with the Environment of Care Committee and Infection Prevention Director;
• effectively manages the Unit Opering System; and/or
• support an inclusive workforce and provide strong leadership.

• have experience leading and managing a team and is a leader who develops and motives a team to exceed the expections of clients and customers of a healthcare housekeeping system;
• have experience driving customer service and/or guest sisfaction results in a healthcare environment is preferred;
• have experience effectively managing projects within agreed upon timelines;
• are results and safety driven;
• have knowledge of housekeeping systems and procedures;
• have experience improving pient sisfaction, and driving full compliance to HCAHPS, local, ste and Joint Commission standards;
• have 3-5 years previous custodial / housekeeping or similar management experience., in a hospital, healthcare experience preferred but not required;
• can multi-task and set priorities;
• are proficient with computers and other technology.

Minimum Educion Requirement - Associe's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years of work experience in Housekeeping, Environmental or Custodial Services
