Summary: Operating a Cherry Picker to pick orders around the facility and warehouse Competitive pay and benefits Opportunities for career advancement The goal is to ensure productivity is maintained and stock is delivered in a timely manner Responsibilities: -Prepares product for shipment both manually and via electric powered industrial equipment with lifting devices, such as motorized pallet jack and/or reach truck. -Packagers prepare and packages customer products in a safe and efficient manner while following the instructions of Line Lead -Will follow corporate and site specific Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance when observed. -Pick stock items from inventory stock warehouses -Verify correct items were picked and put back in stock items -Drive safely and maintain a safe driving record -Complete safety training as required -Ensure equipment is maintained and safe for the job -Keep equipment clean and organized -Communicate any equipment malfunctions to the supervisor immediately -Complete all daily logs and reporting forms as required by the company Balance Staffing is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
