Warehouse Technician - 2nd Shift

2nd Shift Warehouse Technician (South Charlotte) Pay Range: $20-$25 per hour, depending on experience Shift Hours: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM, Monday Through Friday Industry Requirements: Prior manufacturing experience and the ability to work safely while wearing a respirator are essential. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Material Handling & Production Support Manage incoming and outgoing materials, including unloading trucks, staging inventory, and preparing outbound shipments. Transport raw materials to storage locations and load blending equipment as scheduled. Remove finished blends from machinery and prepare them for packaging or shipment. Break down, clean, and reassemble equipment after production runs. Equipment Operation & Safety Operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery safely and efficiently. Follow all lockout/tagout procedures when securing equipment. Maintain strict adherence to PPE requirements, including respirators, safety glasses, steeltoe footwear, and protective suits when needed. Work in alignment with all SOPs and safety protocols. Quality & Documentation Inspect materials to ensure only undamaged, compliant products are accepted or shipped. Complete daily logs, production records, and shift documentation accurately. Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors to maintain smooth workflow across shifts. Facility Maintenance Keep work areas clean, organized, and hazardfree. Move production waste to designated disposal areas. Support additional tasks assigned by warehouse leadership. QUALIFICATIONS Previous manufacturing or industrial warehouse experience required. Ability to safely wear a respirator for extended periods. Comfortable lifting up to approximately 60 lbs and performing physically demanding tasks. Basic reading, writing, and math skills. Strong teamwork, communication, and timemanagement abilities. Willingness to work overtime when needed.
