Required Education:High School Diploma or EquivalentRequired Skills and Experience:1 year of relevant experience requiredGood verbal communication skillsAbility to handle multiple tasks or projectsAbility to work in a fast-paced distribution environmentAbility to read and interpret distribution documentsAbility to work well with othersAbility to work under minimal supervisionMay be required to operate MHE and use Voice/RF scannerAbility to perform/operate in a metric-driven environmentBasic analytical, organizational, and prioritization skillsGeneral distribution knowledgePreferred Skills and Experience:Experience with Walkie Ryder (motorized Pallet Jack) Responsibilities: Processing customer orders, including but not limited to scanning bar codes, picking and labeling boxesPick and pack ordersProcessing orders through RF technologyMaintains an acceptable work area as outlined in SOP and work instructionsResponsible for following Good Documentation Practices (GDP) as outlined in SOPComplete all necessary RF device training to obtain the necessary profilesResponsible for accuracy verification and shipment packaging. Pallet BuildPalletizing to include scanning, retrieving and placing completed orders on palletsRe-palletizing products for shipmentMay be responsible for dock manifest duties which includes scanning completed pallets and running the shrink wrapperMay be required to transport pallets by walking MHEResponsible for accuracy verification and shipment packaging. Additional DutiesMust follow all safety instructions to maintain safe working conditions and to adhere to proper operating practices and procedures designed to prevent injuries and illnessesMay be required to perform other duties as assignedMust adhere to attendance policiesRequired to maintain current status in C2C training modulesUnderstand organizational quality goals.
