We are seeking professionals who understand the urgency, prioritization, and communication standards required to support patient care operations. **Requirements** : High School Diploma or GED equivalent required 4-6 years of progressively responsible dispatch, operations coordination, command center, facilities, or emergency communications experience **Required: Recent experience supporting dispatch operations within a hospital, healthcare system, medical center, acute care environment, or similar high-volume clinical setting** Experience coordinating emergency response, urgent service requests, health and safety incidents, or critical operational events Experience using computerized dispatch, work order, or asset management systems (EAMS experience preferred) Ability to triage multiple incoming requests and make rapid, accurate decisions under pressure Strong communication, documentation, and multitasking skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and operational systems **Pay** - The anticipated wage for this position is between $ 29 and $35.50 . Hourly wage depends upon experience, education, geographic location and other factors. Location: Newark, California What You'll Do: Receive, assess, prioritize, and dispatch emergency and non-emergency service calls in a fast-paced healthcare environment Coordinate response to facility-related incidents, urgent operational issues, and health and safety calls requiring immediate action Gather critical information including location, nature of request, and response needs to ensure timely dispatch decisions Monitor radio traffic and maintain awareness of active personnel and response status Coordinate communication between facilities teams, security responders, and operational leadership Monitor and manage work orders and dispatch activity through Enterprise Asset Management Systems (EAMS) Maintain accurate documentation, incident reporting, and shift communications Prepare reports and support continuity between shifts IMPORTANT: This role is recruited by Adecco's Healthcare & Life Sciences division.
