Production/Inventory Coordinator Kennedy Space Center, FL $28.47-$34.41/Hour We are hiring a Production & Inventory Coordinator in Kennedy Space Center, FL to support aerospace manufacturing, inventory control, material coordination, and production operations in a fast-paced aerospace environment. This role requires experience with inventory management systems, warehouse operations, material tracking, work-in-process (WIP) analysis, and production support, along with the ability to obtain NASA facility access. Responsibilities: Process, move, and stage production and support materials between storage, production, and operational areas Monitor and analyze work-in-process (WIP) to support production flow Update part and material status using automated inventory and tracking systems Identify material shortages, discrepancies, and risks to parts availability and recommend corrective actions Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies to maintain system and physical inventory accuracy Coordinate with production, planning, and support teams to set priorities, expedite materials, and prevent schedule delays Operate with limited supervision in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Qualifications: Ability to obtain NASA facility access (Public Trust) U.S. Citizenship required Background check processed post-start (not a Secret clearance) High School Diploma or GED and 4+ years of related work experience or relevant military experience 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, shipping, or customer service environment 3+ years of experience with warehouse inventory accountability (parts accuracy, tracking, reconciliation) 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 35 lbs frequently during an 8-hour shift 100% onsite role at a designated facility Willingness to work 2nd shift and any shift as required Preferred Qualifications: 3+ years of experience with: Inventory Management Systems / Material Requirements Planning (MRP) Packaging operations Kitting and cycle counting Moseley Technical Services, Inc. is an AA/EEO/Veterans/Disabled Employer Your Recruiter What to Expect Applicants selected for employment will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background investigation, which may include education, criminal, and work history verifications.
