Responsibilities
This position will cover all locations in the Los Angeles market.
Position Responsibilities:
Oversee daily inventory control operations within the distribution center, including cycle counting, physical inventory, and managing product loss and damage, while serving as a liaison between supply chain, suppliers, and the distribution center to ensure timely and quality supply to customers
Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment while maintaining high standards of personal and operational excellence
Lead the hourly cycle count team to drive improvements in safety, quality, inventory accuracy, and team productivity
Serve as the liaison between supply chain and the distribution center, partnering with logistics, supply chain services, and shipping to achieve service and profit goals
Schedule and plan physical inventories, reconcile variances, and provide detailed reports to relevant departments
Ensure adherence to policies to minimize product loss and damage, manage vendor credits, and maintain proper warehouse slotting for efficient shipping operations and order fulfillment
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree with 5 plus years of related experience and 2 plus years of management experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 8 plus years of specific experience and 3 plus years of management experience
