Warehouse Operator Level 1

DEPARTMENT: Warehouse

JOB TITLE: Operator Level 1

REPORTS TO: Department Manager with direction from Team Captain

SHIFT DAYS /HOURS: Monday - Thursday, 7 am - 3 pm

Friday, 6 am - 2 pm

WAGE: $17/hr.

Bonnell Aluminum is searching for an individual to join our Warehouse team.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

• Stock finished goods material delivered to the warehouse and accurately record and transact information
• Use shipping documents to pull outbound customer orders.
• Load trucks onto outbound trailers
• Operate forklift or Walkie Rider as needed (Company certification required)
• Inspiring others to work efficiently, defuse conflict, and make good decisions

Work Environment/Physical Demands/Job Requirements:

• Heavy lifting required. Ability to push, pull, or lift heavy loads (up to 50 lbs.)
• Ability to perform basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide whole numbers)
• Use equipment such as chop saws, banding/strapping equipment, nail gun, etc.
• Work with little supervision
• Detail oriented
• Maintain excellent attendance
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to plan and organize tasks in required time frames.
• Speak English at a basic level
• Prior warehouse experience a plus
