Job Overview:
As a Dispatcher, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth communication between drivers, customers, and all relevant stakeholders. This role is perfect for individuals who are proactive problem solvers and committed to delivering top-notch service under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent Delta Logistics Inc. professionally in all customer interactions, including phone and email communication.
Effectively manage and resolve customer inquiries and challenges related to loads
Solicit existing customers and prospects for additional business opportunities.
Provide timely updates to customers regarding delays, equipment issues, and paperwork.
Maintain a high level of organization and professionalism in all tasks and communications.
Hold all stakeholders to high standards, offering solutions instead of excuses when issues arise.
Requirements:
Experience: Dispatching experience required (6 months). Intermodal experience is a plus.
Languages: Fluency in English required; knowledge of Russian or Ukrainian is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits:
Pay: From $2,500.00 per week + Commission
