Production Manager

Qualification / Skills Required :

BS/BA and significant related work experience.

5 years On-the Job experience within the plant with proven leadership skills and a history of positive contribution to the success of the organization.

Ability to effectively communicate and problem solve

Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate others and work with employees at all levels of the organization

• Strong interpersonal skills; team player.
• Confers with management
• Proficient in use of Microsoft Suites software (or functionally similar equivalent)
• Familiar with managing inventory, production requirements, labor cost and scheduling.
• Good judgment; ability to make timely decisions.
• Ability to understand all safety requirements and cautions.
• Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organization levels
