Warehouse Associates/Pickers/Packers (Machinery Exp!) (J-153,157,079)

We are hiring reliable and hard-working Warehouse Associates, Pickers, Packers, Order Fulfillment Specialists, and Forklift/Reach Truck Operators for multiple immediate openings in Brooklyn, NY.

These are steady, full-time warehouse opportunities with a well-established company in production, fulfillment, and food distribution environments. Ideal candidates will have experience with picking, packing, order fulfillment, loading/unloading, inventory, warehouse equipment, or general warehouse operations.

Some positions require experience operating warehouse machinery, including sit-down forklifts, reach trucks, stand-up forklifts, electric pallet jacks, ride-on pallet jacks, dock loaders, and RF scanners.

Responsibilities:

-- Pick, pack, scan, and prepare orders accurately
-- Load and unload trucks, containers, bins, carts, and pallets
-- Use RF scanners or warehouse management systems to track inventory
-- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, or ride-on electric pallet jacks, if qualified
-- Restock, stage, move, and organize products throughout the warehouse
-- Check freight for accuracy, damage, and proper labeling
-- Push bins, carts, and pallets throughout the facility
-- Maintain a clean and safe work area
-- Dispose of trash and assist with general sanitation duties
-- Follow warehouse safety procedures and supervisor instructions
-- Report damaged products, faulty equipment, or unsafe conditions
-- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications:

-- Prior warehouse, production, fulfillment, food distribution, or general labor experience
-- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
-- Ability to stand, walk, bend, push, pull, and lift throughout the shift
-- Ability to lift 4060 lbs., depending on the assignment
-- Strong attention to detail and ability to read labels, numbers, and order information
-- Reliable attendance and punctuality
-- Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude
--Ability to work full shifts and overtime when needed
-- Slip-resistant shoes may be required for certain assignments
