About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our Burnaby warehouse team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving incoming shipments, preparing outgoing orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring products are processed efficiently and accurately. As they become more familiar with our products and warehouse procedures, they will gradually take on additional responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments.
Prepare, pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Maintain organized inventory and warehouse storage areas.
Handle shipping documentation and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Assist with inventory control and monthly inventory counts.
Ensure orders are processed and shipped in a timely manner.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Collaborate with team members to achieve daily shipping and receiving goals.
Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications Required
Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 50 lbs.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Basic computer skills for order processing and data entry.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
