Document Production Lead Temp-to-Hire

Location: Austin, TX (78704 area Near South Capital of Texas Highway)

Pay: $22-$24/hour

1st Shift : Monday - Friday 7am-4pm (occasional Saturday)

2nd Shift: Monday - Friday 3pm-7pm (occasional Saturday)

Job Summary:

Join our team as a Document Production Lead, where youll oversee a team in a secure, production-driven environment.

This temp-to-hire role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and the ability to ensure streamlined, accurate, and high-quality document digitization processes.

Intermediate MS Office and Excel skills are required.

Key Responsibilities

1. Leadership & Coordination
   • Supervise daily operations and ensure smooth workflow.
   • Assign tasks, monitor progress, and resolve bottlenecks.
2. Performance Management
   • Track team productivity and quality metrics.
   • Provide weekly reports and actionable insights into management.
3. Training & Development
   • Support team members with guidance and skill development.
   • Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
4. Communication
   • Act as the primary liaison between team and management.
   • Communicate goals, priorities, and updates clearly.
5. Problem-Solving
   • Address operational challenges promptly.
   • Implement process improvements where needed.

Qualifications:

1-2 years of high-volume production experience.

Previous experience leading or training a team preferred.

Intermediate proficiency in MS Office, including Excel (required).

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and written/verbal communication skills.

Experience with high-speed scanners (Kodak, Fujitsu, Canon) and basic equipment

maintenance preferred but not required

Capable of lifting up to 35 lbs. and standing for extended periods.

Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
