Responsibilities:

Coordinate and track shipments from pickup to delivery
Communicate with drivers, customers, and carriers
Schedule appointments and manage load information
Assist with customer service and problem resolution
Update transportation management systems and spreadsheets
Support daily operations and administrative tasks
Help identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency
Qualifications:

Experience in transportation, logistics, dispatching, or customer service preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficient with computers, email, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
Self-motivated with a positive attitude
Willingness to learn and take on increasing responsibility
