Operations Manager

We have an immediate opening for a full time Operations Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for someone that can come in and identify/implement ideas to improve our efficiency and meet our company goals.

Responsibilities:
Overseeing daily operations and implementing ideas to improve efficiency and meet our company goals
Managing budgets and cost reduction
Monitoring customer satisfaction and operational quality
Developing and managing relationships with vendors and suppliers

Required skills:
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and clear written and verbal communications skills are crucial
Bi-lingual is preferred
Aptitude in decision-making and analytical skills to identify and resolve operational challenges
Ability to develop and implement strategies, anticipate risks, and identify new opportunities
Skills in budgeting, forecasting and financial planning

Experience:
Overseeing diverse business functions, (e.g. supply chain, finance), and handling contracts.
Outgoing, Sociable, Presentable
Reliable transportation and NV Driver's License required

Permanent position Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm with some night shifts as needed
