My client is seeking a hands-on Shipping & Receiving Clerk who takes pride in accuracy, organization, and ensuring valuable components arrive safely and on time.

• Play a critical role supporting customer deliveries and production operations
• Hands-on position with a mix of shipping, receiving, packaging, and logistics responsibilities

• Package and prepare parts for customer shipment using proper protective materials
• Assemble shipping cartons and prepare customer-specific packaging
• Label, stencil, and prepare containers and pallets for shipment
• Attach shipping documentation and obtain required signatures
• Receive incoming materials and inspect for transit damage
• Verify part numbers, serial numbers, and paperwork accuracy
• Stage incoming materials in designated production areas

• Experience using shipping and receiving documentation and packing lists
• Strong understanding of protective packaging methods for high-value parts
• Ability to inspect incoming materials for transit damage and discrepancies
• Comfortable verifying serial numbers, part numbers, and export-related paperwork
• Must qualify as a U.S. Person due to EAR, ITAR, and export control requirements
