Job Description:
We are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented Shipping & Logistics Coordinator to be the heartbeat of our outbound operations for the upcoming peak season. This isn't just about moving boxes; you will be the final line of defense for quality, the conductor of our conveyor workflow, and the mastermind behind our UPS shipping and invoicing documentation. Responsibilities:
- Keep orders moving efficiently from the conveyors, manage hourly print distributions for US and Canada orders, and assist in training new team members.
- Operate the UPS station to create flawless shipping documents, send daily pick packs for invoicing, and generate end-of-day reports
- Ensure 100% accuracy in quantity and quality for all shipments, strictly following QA and shipping protocols.
- Safely load completed shipments onto trucks, pick orders, stock overstock areas, and maintain a spotless, organized workspace.
Education: High School
- High School Diploma or GED
Experience: 12 months
- 12 years of experience in a warehouse shipping, logistics, or fulfillment role preferred.
- Proven experience using UPS WorldShip or equivalent shipping/carrier software. Basic computer proficiency for reporting and invoicing.
- Familiarity with shipping documents, bill of ladings (BOLs), and ideally, basic cross-border (US/Canada) shipping procedures.

- Moderate Lifting (up to 50 lbs)
- Standing / Walking
- PPE Required (Noise / Chemical / Dust)
Skills:
- Ability to accurately input data for invoicing, print daily order reports, and read digital or printed picking queues.
- Understanding how to read and prepare pick packs, manifests, Bills of Lading (BOLs), and international/Canadian shipping forms.
- Ability to efficiently navigate the UPS station (UPS WorldShip) to generate labels, tracking, and compliance documents.
