What You'll Do:

  • Lead Operations: Coordinate all inbound and outbound shipping, receiving, and secure storage activities.
  • Manage Inventory: Maintain 100% stock accuracy through regular counts and audits.
  • Empower People: Supervise, train, and schedule warehouse staff to drive maximum productivity.
  • Enforce Safety: Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant workplace.
What We’re Looking For:

  • 3–5 years of experience in warehouse supervision or logistics.
  • Independent problem-solving skills paired with collaborative leadership.
  • Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • A commitment to agility and teamwork.


salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 6 AM - 4 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily Operations: Coordinate receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping procedures.
  • Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels, execute physical counts, and audit logs to ensure total accuracy.
  • Team Management: Supervise, train, and guide warehouse personnel while optimizing productivity and scheduling.
  • Safety & Compliance: Enforce local warehouse safety regulations, maintain clean facilities, and report operational discrepancies


The essential functions of this role include:
