$20.00$22.25/hr DOE & Shift

(Day, Weekend & Night Shifts Available)

50+ Hours Per Week | Full-Time | Temporary/Seasonal

Sat, Mon, Tue 10am-630pm + Sundays 8am-630pm

LaborMax Staffing is currently hiring dependable and hardworking Warehouse Operators to support a busy cold storage and distribution facility in Blaine, WA during peak season operations.

This is a great opportunity for candidates with warehouse and forklift experience who enjoy staying active, working in a fast-paced environment, and being part of a reliable team that keeps businesses stocked with the products and supplies they need every day.

We are especially looking for individuals with experience operating:

• Stand-Up Forklifts
• Double Reach Forklifts
• Other warehouse material handling equipment

In this role, you will be responsible for safely picking, pulling, staging, and moving customer orders throughout the warehouse while helping maintain efficient inventory flow and accurate order fulfillment.

What Youll Be Doing

• Operate stand-up forklifts, double reach forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
• Pick and pull product orders for customer shipments and supply replenishment
• Load and unload pallets, trucks, and containers
• Accurately stage and organize inventory for outgoing orders
• Assist with inventory counts, stock rotation, and warehouse organization
• Conduct equipment inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns
• Work closely with team members and supervisors to keep workflow moving efficiently
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and cold storage protocols
• Support other warehouse functions as needed during peak operations

Work Environment

This position works within a cold storage warehouse environment with temperatures ranging from approximately 70F to -15F depending on the area of the facility. Freezer suits, jackets, hand/foot warmers, and all necessary PPE are provided.

Candidates should be comfortable:

• Working in refrigerated and freezer environments
• Standing, bending, lifting, twisting, and moving throughout the shift
• Lifting up to 40 lbs regularly and heavier items with assistance
• Working around forklifts, warehouse racking systems, and moving equipment
• Working overtime during busy production periods

What Were Looking For

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Minimum of 3 months forklift experience preferred
• Experience operating stand-up and/or double reach forklifts strongly preferred
• Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Ability to work overtime as needed (50+ hours/week average during peak season)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Strong attention to safety and teamwork
• Experience with inventory systems or RF scanners is a plus

**Must pass a 5-panel drug screen (excluding Marijuana) and have no offenses on your background that are violent or sexual in nature.

Seasonal Position Details

This is a temporary/seasonal position supporting peak business operations and is expected to continue through approximately October 2, 2026, though schedules may be extended or adjusted based on operational needs.
