Masis Staffing is hiring immediately for 1st and 2nd Shift Forklift Operators in Goodyear, AZ. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity in a clean, climate-controlled warehouse. We can only consider candidates with verifiable Crown forklift experience. Responsibilities of the Forklift Operator: Must operate Crown brand stand-up counterbalance forklift (not just any forklift) Handle incoming and outgoing materials Palletize products and prepare shipments Support inventory control and warehouse organization Assist in loading, unloading, shipping, and receiving Follow all safety guidelines and procedures Requirements of the Forklift Operator: MANDATORY: Minimum 2 years of recent experience on CROWN stand-up counterbalance forklifts High School Diploma or GED (must be provided prior to start) No other forklift brands will be accepted (e.g., Raymond, Yale, Toyota) - Crown only Good overall job stability and history of safe operation Strong attention to safety and accuracy in a warehouse setting Must pass a drug screen and background check Compensation for the Forklift Operator: Temp period: $19-$20.00/hr Upon Permanent Hire: Increases to $25.35/hr After 30 working days as full-time employee: Pay increases again to $25.85/hr #MFT3 Masis Staffing is an equal opportunity employer.
