We need Shipping and Receiving Associate workers who can move freight with speed, accuracy, and safety - and get paid every week. On the Clock Perform material handling tasks including sorting, deboxing, shredding, and receiving materials Operate forklifts and complete daily equipment inspections and basic preventive maintenance Load and unload trailers, railcars, and containers safely and efficiently Complete shipping paperwork, load sheets, bills of lading, and inventory reporting accurately Assist with material grading, bale storage, and shipment scheduling Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout practices and plant safety standards Maintain a clean and organized work environment and report safety or maintenance concerns Communicate effectively with dispatch, maintenance, and production teams regarding operational issues Support overall plant operations and perform additional duties as assigned Tools You'll Need Minimum 1 year experience Must be at least 21 years of age Ability to work any shift as needed, including flexible scheduling Willingness to work overtime as required Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Your Rewards Cha-Ching - solid pay that hits hard and fast.
