What Makes You a Match Experience with Microsoft Office and Office 365, including Excel, Word, and Outlook Basic administrative and data entry experience Strong telephone, email, and customer service etiquette Professional communication skills when working with drivers, vendors, and customers Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment What Keeps You Busy (in the Best Way) Process and prepare daily postal paperwork and dispatch drivers Monitor daily mail deliveries and accurately record delivery dates and times Coordinate customer pickups and communicate with vendors regarding shipment updates and status Dispatch outbound line hauls and prepare bills of lading and shipping paperwork Work within finance and billing systems to support daily operations Maintain organized filing systems and complete additional administrative duties as assigned All the Good Stuff That Comes with the Job Earn Good Pay.
