Production Planner - Be the Engine Behind Our Operations

What You'll Do:
As our Production Planner, you'll be at the heart of our logistics and production flowcoordinating, organizing, and optimizing every step.
Drive performance by meeting key targets for safety, quality, efficiency, and service
Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulations, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
Coordinate and schedule dock activity, trailer routing, and shipment sequencing
Manage inbound and outbound shipping documentation
Collaborate with internal teams and external carriers to prioritize and expedite shipments
Track, maintain, and organize critical documentation and records
Create and deliver reports that keep operations informed and on track
Monitor and manage data in ERP and other systems
Prepare, pack, and verify shipments for accuracy and quality
Compare goods against Bills of Lading, invoices, and pick tickets
Identify and report discrepancies, damage, or shortages
Support onboarding by training new team members on warehouse procedures

What You Bring:
Requires one of the following:
High school diploma with four (4) years related experience, or
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business or related field with related coursework or internship in production planning and scheduling
Ability to identify issues, compare data, investigate and resolve discrepancies
Ability to calculate, analyze, and interpret information and recommend solutions
Excellent verbal and written skills used to communicate to internal customers
Experience using Microsoft Office, including the ability to create reports, documents, presentations and spreadsheets in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Organizational skills including the ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines
Ability to perform root cause analysis to determine corrective actions
Demonstration of minimum proficiency with the English language in order to ensure effective new hire training and on-going communications about safety and quality issues.
