You will be a key liaison, driving alignment with various internal teams and external stakeholders to support operational success while championing the host experience. The ideal candidate is a proactive and detail-oriented operator adept at navigating complex environments. Key Responsibilities: Lead global regulatory product and workflow launches. Manage host retention strategies within regulatory frameworks. Serve as an internal expert on regulatory products. Oversee operational rhythm and stakeholder alignment for jurisdictions. Address and resolve internal and external regulatory inquiries. Must-Have Skills: 5+ years in operations, product operations, or project management. Proven ability to drive cross-functional team alignment. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Experience in operations management within dynamic, ambiguous environments is crucial.
