Customer Sales and Warehouse Associate Job Description We are seeking a dynamic Customer Sales and Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role is essential to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations in our supply store. As a trusted advisor, you will assist customers with product inquiries and solutions, while also managing warehouse tasks. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer support by identifying solutions and ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Partner with customers to grow sales by recommending related or complementary products. Utilize basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel. Use Salesforce as needed; experience with it is helpful but not required. Process customer orders and address inquiries, questions, or concerns related to Parts and Supply offerings. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and offerings to deliver a premier customer experience. Interact with customers both in person and over the phone. Execute quote and order management processes accurately, including entering quotes, invoices, and monitoring fulfillment. Stock, organize, and maintain product inventory to support smooth showroom and warehouse operations. Keep the warehouse and showroom clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards. Support warehouse operations, including forklift operation, inventory management, logistics coordination, and shipping/receiving. Lift up to 50 lbs as required. Work overtime or weekends as business needs dictate. Essential Skills Customer service expertise. Warehouse operation experience. High School Diploma or GED. Experience in inside sales, retail, or a related field. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment emphasizing customer service, continuous improvement, merchandising, organization, and safety.
